Welcome to 2021!
In-person instruction returned to VTA on January 11th. For the time being, in-person classes are by appointment only. VTA continues to offer an in-depth distance learning program. Many thanks to all of the committed families who have assisted us with weathering the Covid-19 storm. We will make this a great year!

The Indomitable Spirit of the VTA student body has been phenomenal through the 2020 year. The support of students and their families has been the lifeblood of the dojang. At this time VTA is in full compliance with all of the mandates for the state of Washington. This means no in-person instruction. Students are encouraged to participate through the closure by attending our Zoom distance learning sessions and contacting the instructor for direct personal feedback.
VTA will remain in compliance with all guidelines and laws for the safety and well being of our student body and set an appropriate civic-minded example within the community. That said, it is our fervent hope that Washington State will rescind its shut down order at the currently forecast deadline and allow sanitary and regulated in-person instruction to resume on January 4th. Please be patient. We will make this work.
